A wonderful experience – James and John are both absolute professionals. These two pay very close attention to detail, and that’s why they are so good at what they do. I enjoyed understanding what they were doing, showing me the parts that needed replacement. James gave me all options, clear and precise and allowed me to make the decision. He helped me to understand so easily. And to finish off, my car was kindly vacuumed by John and the windshield washed, including the removal stubborn oil marks. I will be returning here for my next service!

Super friendly and very professional! Highly recommend. I was trying to find a place to service my car and i came across JK automotive. With so many fantastic reviews already i booked in my service and got a reply instantly for a day and time. Came 15 minutes early and James went straight to working on my car. I just moved to the area not long ago and was looking for a place to have my car serviced. James and his father did a great job. They were clear in what needed to get fixed and how much it would cost. I even had a repair that would need a new part ordered from Mitsubishi and would cost quite a bit. John managed to fix it using just a spare spring he had and they fixed it for free! Honest and kind people that do great work. Highly recommend!

I was really pleased to find such a great mechanic that is a 5 minute drive from my place. James was very professional, polite and respectful. He clearly explained what my car needed work on and detailed his plan and provided pricing on the spot. Additional bonus, since I lived within 5km of his garage James dropped me off at my place which saved me some money!! Highly recommend and will be definitely be coming back.
